I’m seeing people say “not working” in random comments, but that could mean anything from an actual compatibility issue to someone skipping setup. Is there a proper status page or changelog that should be checked first?

And check whether the game itself updated. A tool can work one day and need an update after a client patch.
Windows changes matter too, especially when security settings are involved.
If the status says active but it still doesn’t launch, I’d go through the support checklist instead of repeatedly opening it.
That. “I clicked it six times” is not really troubleshooting, although I have absolutely done that.
